The balanced delicate texture and flavours achieved with our Cold Smoked Salmon come from a lengthy smoke time. After curing for 24 hours the temperature is kept at a constant low throughout the whole smoking process, which is the key to maintaining the quality of the end product.
Sold in 100g (min weight) packs of thinly hand-sliced pieces.
