Hand Dived Cornish Razor Clams
Razor clams, although widely consumed worldwide are fairly new to the UK pallet and are quickly gaining momentum within the restaurant industry.
All our razor clams come from right here in Cornwall from pristine Grade A waters. Razors are gathered by divers locating the burrows of the clams and pouring a small amount of a salt solution which encourages the razors to leave their burrows where the divers can collect them.
As with King Scallops, this type of fishing is one of the most sustainable methods out there as there is absolutely zero bycatch and zero impact on other species or the environment!
